The Lee Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Special Needs Housing 689-01 Development for the Lee Housing Authority in Lee Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Antonio Gomes Architect.
The Project consists of: Stormwater drainage improvements including replacing roof soffits and gutters.
The work is estimated to cost $88,500
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. cI49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
General Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 07, 2026 and publicly opened, forthwith.
